A well-stocked kitchen full of healthy pantry staples is more than halfway there when it comes to eating healthy. When you have everything you need at your fingertips, making delicious, satisfying, healthy meals is just that much easier. And easier means you’re more likely to do it, and less likely to hit the drive-thru. So, let’s make it easier, shall we?

You don't have to buy it all at once

Before I get into all the healthy pantry staples you need for a well-stocked kitchen and pantry, I think it’s important to note that you don’t have to go out and buy everything from this list that you might be missing, like, tomorrow. It’s best to accumulate these healthy pantry staples over time, so it’s easier on your budget and on your storage space. When you acquire these items a few at a time, your grocery budget won’t be as strained as it would if you buy them all at once. Plus, it’s easier to find a new home for new items a few at a time.

So, just because this is an extensive list of healthy pantry staples, don’t feel like you have to spend a fortune.

A well stocked kitchen can enable you to throw together a meal even when you haven’t planned one, saving you money from dining out and saving you time from having to drive somewhere to eat.
