Vanilla Nut Frozen Treat

Servings : 4

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup oat milk unsweetened
  • 1/2 cup walnuts halves or pieces
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2/3 cup plain yogurt we like greek or icelandic for creaminess
  • 10 drops pure stevia extract

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend on high until smooth.
  • Freeze in an ice cream maker according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  • Freeze until firm.
