    Pork Chops
    1. Sprinkle 4 pork chops with salt and pepper. Grill over med heat 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through and no longer pink.
    Roasted Applesauce
    1. Peel, core, and chop apples into about 1 inch pieces. Toss apples into a bowl and add remaining ingredients. Arrange apples on a baking sheet. Bake at 400 for 30 min or until the largest pieces are soft. Remove from oven. For smooth applesauce, transfer cooked apples to a blender and process until smooth. For chunky applesauce, mash with a fork.
    Zucchini
    1. Slice zucchini. Melt butter in a medium skillet over med heat. Add zucchini, and stir well. Cook 7 minutes or until tender-crisp. Season with salt and pepper, to taste, if desired.
