This may seem like a no-brainer to those of you who know that clean eating is the way to go, but for ME, pre-90/10, processed food (aka diet food) was my way of life. Why? Because it’s quick and easy. That’s why you’ll see simple recipes on “Lisa’s Favorite Recipes”. What I love MOST about 90/10 is that you don’t have to be a gourmet chef to eat this way and my list proves that!
