Healthy Apple Pie Granola? Â YES! Â This stuff is so good, you might have to hide it from sight so you don’t eat it all at once. Â This healthy apple pie granola makes a great topping for a yogurt parfait (see recipe instructions) or it can be a snack all by itself. Â If you like bananas better, this Banana Nut Granola is also amazing.


Servings : 8
Ingredients
- 2 cups oats
- 1/2 cup pecans chopped
- 1/2 cup walnuts chopped
- 1/2 cup dried apple rings chopped
- 2 Tbsp pure maple syrup
- 2 Tbsp coconut oil melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp dried ginger
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300 F.
- Mix all ingredients and spread onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake at 300 for 10 minutes. Allow to cool, then store in an airtight container for up to two weeks.

- Note: Mix vanilla extract and pure maple syrup into plain yogurt and put this granola on top for an “apple pie a la mode” breakfast parfait
