Healthy Banana Nut Granola! Â Yum! Â So many granolas you can buy in the store sound healthy, but they use sugar in the ingredients. Â This healthy banana nut granola doesn’t use any added sugar. Â You should also try this Apple Pie Granola!

Ingredients
- 2 cups oats
- 1/2 cup cashews coarsely chopped
- 1/2 cup pepitas
- 1/2 cup dried unsweetened bananas chopped
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 2 Tbsp pure maple syrup
- 2 Tbsp natural peanut butter melted
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300 F.
- Mix all ingredients and spread onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake at 300 for 10 minutes. Allow to cool, then store in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
