You don’t always need some fancy recipe with a ton of ingredients. A perfectly grilled flank steak, some steamed broccoli, and a simple baked sweet potato will do the trick nicely.
- 2 lbs flank steak
- salt to taste
- pepper taste
- 4 cups broccoli or steam-in-the-bag
- 4 sweet potato medium
- Preheat grill. Season steak with salt and pepper. Grill 4-8 min or until desired doneness.
- Steam broccoli in the microwave or according to package directions. 4 servings.
- Pierce 4 sweet potatoes. Place in a foil lined baking dish. Bake at 400 for 50-60 min or until soft OR microwave on high for 8-10 minutes or until soft as desired.
