Why eating healthy is like coffee and beer

What?! Eating healthy is like drinking coffee?! Yep. That’s what I said. The first time you take that sip of coffee or take that sip of beer it was probably not amazing, right? Why? Because you weren’t used to the taste of it but once you start drinking it you actually started to crave it, am I right? Well, same with healthy eating. If you say you don’t like it, it may be because it is your first time eating it. I am here to tell you to give it a try. Try those brussel sprouts you aren’t used to and see what happens. One day you will start to crave those foods you thought you didn’t like!
