A lot of people are looking for an app that can act as a Weekly Meal Planner with Grocery List.  In other words, people are looking for an app that allows you to add recipes easily, change servings, move meals around on the plan, and then automatically generate a grocery list based on the ingredients in the recipes.

We’ve developed functions in our website that do all of those things and more!

In our Weekly Meal Planner with Grocery List, you can choose from our database of recipes (over 700 and counting), add your own recipes, or add single ingredients.  You can start from our weekly meal plan template or start from scratch.

You can change the serving amount on recipes and the ingredient amounts will change automatically.  You can save recipes to your favorites to find them quicker next time.

You can generate a shopping list for any date range on your calendar (1 day, 3 days, 5 days…whatever works for you).  Then, you can delete items you already have in your pantry or fridge, change quantities on items, add other items, and move items to different categories on the shopping list.  When you have your list like you want it, you can print or you can save it and you’ll get a unique url you can email to yourself and access while you’re at the store!

It doesn’t get easier than this to plan your weekly meals.  Check out the video for an overview of how it works.

NOTE: We’ve upgraded our meal planning feature. The new video is below. It’s even better!

  1. Love the idea of having a list and sticking to it.
You get tempted but having a rigid list makes the trip quick
