This health booster shake is loaded with immunity-boosting ingredients like Omega 3 fatty acids (from the flax oil), and vitamin C (from the pineapple juice and from the Kale). The avocado and the ice make it palatable and creamy, while making it filling.

Of course, all real food is a “health booster”, but sometimes it’s a nice mindset tool to grab something you call the “health booster shake” in the morning. The intention to put really healthy things in your body is powerful.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 cup pineapple juice not from concentrate
  • 2 each kale leaves
  • 1/2 each avocado
  • 1 Tbsp flax oil

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth. Enjoy immediately.
