One Pan Salmon and Green Beans cook all together in one pan, and it turns out just gloriously!
- 1 salmon fillet 20 oz.
- 1 1/2 lb green beans trimmed
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 3 Tbsp bottled minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp salt
- 2 tsp pepper
- Preheat oven to 400. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place salmon in the center of prepared baking sheet. Place green beans around salmon. Drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes.
