This Clean Eating Honey Mustard Salmon only takes about 8-10 minutes to cook and makes an incredibly healthy and satisfying dinner or lunch when paired with this spinach salad.

Honey Mustard Glazed Salmon, Spinach Salad

Ingredients

Honey Mustard Glazed Salmon

  • 4 salmon fillet 6 oz each
  • 1 Tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 1 Tbsp Bragg Liquid Aminos
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp bottled minced garlic
  • 4 Tbsp fresh parsley finely chopped

Spinach Salad

  • 5 oz baby spinach
  • 1/2 red onion thinly sliced
  • 2 egg hard boiled, sliced or quartered
  • 20 grape tomatoes

Instructions

Honey Mustard Glazed Salmon

  • Place fillets skin side down in a glass baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over salmon. Cover. Refrigerate 15-60 minutes.
  • Preheat broiler. Remove salmon from marinade; reserve marinade. Place salmon on broiler rack or on foil-lined baking sheet. Broil 8-10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork, brushing with reserved marinade 2-3 times during cooking. Discard marinade. Sprinkle salmon with parsley.

Spinach Salad

  • Toss all ingredients. Drizzle with plain balsamic vinegar and olive oil, or make one of our tasty dressings (see notes).
