Â We used the Kitchen Aid Ice Cream Maker Attachment for our mixer for testing purposes, but any ice cream maker will do just fine. Â Try serving a scoop of this with a Gluten Free Snickerdoodle on the side!


Ingredients
- 1 cup plain yogurt greek is ok
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp stevia pure
- 1/2 each vanilla bean seeds scraped
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients and freeze according to the manufacturer's instructions in your ice cream maker.
What can you sub for whole milk? Would almond milk work?
Hi Lindsay! I used whole milk for its fat content, so maybe full fat canned coconut milk would be a good replacement. I’m not sure, as I haven’t tested it myself, but that would be my suggestion. Thank you!
