These Healthy Breaded Pork Chops use only 100% whole grains in the breading and no processed or junk ingredients. Get your oven fired up! It’s going to be busy!
- 2 Tbsp 100% whole wheat flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1 egg beaten
- 1/2 cup 100% whole grain breadcrumbs
- 4 boneless pork chop
- Preheat oven to 425. Combine flour, salt, paprika, and pepper in a shallow dish. Add egg to another shallow dish. Add breadcrumbs to third shallow dish. Dredge pork chops in flour mixture, then in egg, and then in breadcrumbs. Place in greased baking dish.
- Bake at 425 for 15 minutes. Flip pork chops over and bake an additional 15-20 minutes or until chops are cooked through and no longer pink.
