Instructions

Stand Mixer Method for Pizza Dough
    1. Add liquids, then dry ingredients to the bowl of a stand mixer. (Take care not to let yeast and salt touch.)
    2. Fit mixer with dough hook. Mix on low speed until dough ball forms and cleans the sides of the bowl. (2-5 minutes)
    3. (If dough ball is too sticky, add more flour, 1 T at a time. If it is too dry, add more water, 1 T. at a time.)
    4. Divide dough in half.
    5. Roll each half out into two rimmed baking sheets. (Hint: line the baking sheets with parchment paper first to make clean up easier and prevent the dough from sticking to the pan.)
Mix by Hand Method for pizza dough
    1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl with a wooden spoon. As soon as the dough is too tough to stir with a spoon, transfer to a lightly floured surface and knead by hand 10 minutes, or until dough is pliable and doesn't stick to hands.
    2. (If dough ball is too sticky, add more flour, 1 T at a time. If it is too dry, add more water, 1 T. at a time.)
    3. Divide dough in half.
    4. Roll each half out into two rimmed baking sheets. (Hint: line the baking sheets with parchment paper first to make clean up easier and prevent the dough from sticking to the pan.)
    Pizza Sauce
    1. Mix all pizza sauce ingredients in a bowl. Set aside.
    Pizza Assembly
    1. Preheat oven to 400. Spread sauce evenly over each dough rectangle. Top with mozzarella, veggies, olives, and parmesan cheese. Bake at 400 for 10-14 minutes.
