Our members love this Blender Oat Muffin Recipe for breakfast. It’s a quick recipe that yields enough for all week. That’s a win for sure.
- 2 1/2 cups old fashioned oats not instant oatmeal
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 egg
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 banana ripe
- Add all ingredients to your blender or food processor.
- Divide batter into 12 muffins greased muffin tins.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.

Made these again tonight. Fast & easy to make & a very good filling breakfast!
I love these! Making them again today. I freeze them & take out a couple to thaw overnight before I go to bed or defrost in the microwave in the morning for a quick & filling breakfast.
