This is the quintessential 1-2-3 Eat! meal. It’s simple yet restaurant worthy. It’s low ingredient but high in flavor. And the COLORS! Oh my.

1-2-3 Eat! Grilled Sirloin Steaks

1-2-3 Eat! Grilled Sirloin Steaks with 7 Minute Green Beans and Baked Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients

Grilled Sirloin Steak

  • 4 sirloin steak 4-6 oz each
  • salt
  • pepper

7 Minute Green Beans

  • 1 lb green beans trimmed

Baked Sweet Potatoes

  • 4 sweet potato medium

Instructions

Grilled Sirloin Steak

  • Preheat grill. Season steak with salt and pepper. Grill 2-4 minutes per side or until steaks have been cooked to desired doneness. (Remember they will continue to cook as they rest.)

7 Minute Green Beans

  • Bring 2 quarts of water to a rolling boil. Add green beans. Cook for exactly 7 minutes. Drain. Serve.

Baked Sweet Potatoes

  • Preheat oven to 400. Pierce potatoes, and place them in a baking dish (to catch the drips). Bake at 400 for 40-55 minutes or until centers of largest potatoes are soft. Serve with butter, salt, pepper, cinnamon, honey, or pure maple syrup.
