A simple vegetarian sandwich with greek yogurt, veggies, avocado, and walnuts. You must try this!
- 2 slices 100% Whole Grain Bread such as Dave’s Killer Bread
- 2 Tbsp plain Greek yogurt
- 1 carrot grated
- 1/2 avocado small
- 2 Tbsp walnuts chopped
- 1 bunch sprouts small
- extra virgin olive oil to taste
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- Spread a slice of whole-wheat bread with plain Greek yogurt.
- Add grated carrots, 1/2 of a sliced avocado, 2 tbsp chopped walnuts, and sprouts.
- Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil, season with sea salt and pepper, and top with another slice of bread.
