- 4 fish filet any type*
- 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- Heat oil in a large skillet. Rinse fish and pat dry. Sprinkle fish with salt and pepper. Cook 3-4 minutes per side or until fish is completely opaque and flakes easily with fork.
