- 6 each apple honey crisp or granny smith
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1/2 cup 100% whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/3 cup unsalted butter
- Preheat oven to 375.Peel, core, and slice apples. Place in a 2 quart glass baking dish. Combine sugar, flour and oats. Cut in cold butter using two knives. Sprinkle mixture over apples.
- Bake, uncovered, at 375 for 35-40 min or until the apples are soft and the top is golden.
