Grilled Pork Chops and Pineapple is da bomb! Needs no sauce, no sugar, practically no prep, and it comes off the grill tasting amazing.

Grilled Pork Chops, Asparagus, Grilled Pineapple

Ingredients

Grilled Pork Chops

  • 4 boneless pork chop center cut
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

Asparagus

  • 1 lb asparagus tough ends removed

Grilled Pineapple

  • 1 pineapple large, peeled and cored*

Instructions

Grilled Pork Chops

  • Preheat grill to medium heat. Sprinkle chops with salt and pepper. Grill 4-5 minutes per side (or more or less depending on thickness), or until no longer pink. Let rest at room temperature for 5 minutes before serving.

Asparagus

  • Cut asparagus into 2 inch pieces. Place in a steamer basket over water. Cover and bring to a boil. Steam 5-7 minutes or until bright green and tender crisp.

Grilled Pineapple

  • Preheat grill to medium. Spray grill grates with cooking spray. Place pineapple on grill grates and grill 5 minutes per side or until hot and slightly soft. 4-6 servings

Notes

Coring is optional. The core of a pineapple is edible, and especially so after cooking it.
