If you’re a Nestle® Crunch fan, or even a Hershey’s® Krackle fan, you might like these clean versions of crispy rice cereal in dark chocolate! We present Healthy Dark Chocolate Crunch Cups
- 1/3 cup coconut oil
- 1/3 cup dark cocoa powder such as Hershey's® Dark
- 4 Tbsp honey or pure maple syrup
- 1/3 cup crispy brown rice cereal no sugar listed in the ingredients, such as Barbara's® (see notes for links)
- Melt coconut oil over low heat in a medium saucepan. Once melted, remove from heat and stir in cocoa powder and honey until smooth. Stir in rice cereal. Arrange evenly in 6 paper or foil cupcake cups. Freeze until firm.
