Creamy Garlic Salmon, Edamame, Wild Rice

    Creamy Garlic Salad Dressing
    1. Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
    Creamy Garlic Salmon
    1. Preheat oven to 400. Arrange salmon in a greased baking dish. Bake at 400 8-10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork. Pour dressing over fish.
    Edamame
    1. Cook edamame as directed on package.
    Wild Rice
    1. Combine rice and broth in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer 20 minutes or until all liquid is absorbed. 4-6 servings
    Air Fryer
    1. Place salmon in basket of air fryer. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon olive oil. Sprinkle with salt. Air fry at 390 degrees for 7 minutes.
    2. While salmon is cooking, make dressing. Warm dressing in microwave 1 minute or in a small saucepan on the stove over low heat. Do not boil.
    3. Drizzle dressing over cooked salmon. Garnish with additional basil, if desired.
