Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400. Cut tortillas into wedges. Toss tortilla wedges in olive oil until well coated. Arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet. (Hint: line the baking sheet with parchment paper to eliminate sticking and for easier clean up.)
  2. Combine coconut sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over tortillas.
  3. Bake at 400 for 8 minutes.
