- 10 each 100% whole grain soft flour tortilla
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/3 cup coconut sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Preheat oven to 400. Cut tortillas into wedges. Toss tortilla wedges in olive oil until well coated. Arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet. (Hint: line the baking sheet with parchment paper to eliminate sticking and for easier clean up.)
Combine coconut sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over tortillas.
Bake at 400 for 8 minutes.
