  • 1 lb ground beef 90% lean or leaner
  • 1/4 cup asiago cheese grated
  • 1/2 cup 100% whole grain breadcrumbs

  • 1 Tbsp bottled minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 Tbsp worcestershire sauce clean version, see notes
  • 1 egg
  • 8 pieces string cheese 1/2 inch pieces

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients. Form into a loaf in a greased 9X5 inch loaf pan (or into two smaller greased pans.) Bake single loaf 45-60 minutes or until no longer pink. (Smaller loaf pans will cook faster—start checking after 30 minutes.)

Notes

If you can't find clean worcestershire sauce, just omit. We usually use Wizard's organic.
