Pasta that is NOT 100% Whole Grain Pasta is yellow tier.  You can tell if it is whole in the ingredients if the grains have the word whole in them such as “whole durum semolina” or “whole durum wheat” or “whole wheat flour” rather than “durum semolina” or “durum wheat” or “wheat flour”.  Also, be careful with Gluten Free pastas as they can also be made with non whole versions of other grains.
