Filling: Cook beef according to package directions. Drain. Combine beef, pepperoni, sauce, olives, cheese and peppers in a bowl. Spray 6 cavities of a jumbo muffin tin with cooking spray. Working with one dough circle at a time, gently press the dough circle into the bottom and up sides of a muffin cavity. Fill dough with filling (to the rim). Bring the dough up and over the filling, and pinch to seal. Repeat with remaining dough and filling. Bake at 400 for 10 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
