Preheat grill to medium heat. Sprinkle chops with salt and pepper. Grill 4-5 minutes per side (or more or less depending on thickness), or until no longer pink. Let rest at room temperature for 5 minutes before serving.
Cut asparagus into 2 inch pieces. Place in a steamer basket over water. Cover and bring to a boil. Steam 5-7 minutes or until bright green and tender crisp.
Preheat grill to medium. Spray grill grates with cooking spray. Place pineapple on grill grates and grill 5 minutes per side or until hot and slightly soft. 4-6 servings
Coring is optional. The core of a pineapple is edible, and especially so after cooking it.
