Taco Burgers
Combine beef and salsa in a bowl. Mix well. Form into 4 patties. Pan-sear or grill 4 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Serve on buns, and top with mashed beans. Top with cheese, lettuce, tomato and salsa, if desired.
Sweet Potato Chili Fries
Sweet Potato Chili Fries: Combine potato wedges and olive oil in large bowl. Add spices. Toss to coat well. Add potato wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake at 400 for 45 minutes or until soft and beginning to brown. Turn broiler on and broil an additional 3 minutes.

Carrot Slaw: Combine all ingredients. Allow to marinate 30 min before serving.
