Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker and cook on low 6 hours or on high 4 hours. If you prefer to brown the ground beef first, you can do that. Many prefer the taste of the ground beef if it has been browned first but it is not necessary.
To use as a freezer meal, place all ingredients in a 1 gallon zip top bag, label, and freeze. When ready to cook, put frozen contents in slow cooker and cook on high for 6 hours or low for 8 hours.
