Ingredients
Zoodles

zucchini
zoodled

baby bok choy
chopped

carrot
grated

green onion

Ginger Sauce

bottled minced garlic

fresh ginger
minced

Bragg Liquid Aminos

pure maple syrup

sesame oil

crushed red pepper
or to taste
Instructions
In a large saucepan, mix sauce ingredients. Bring to a boil, and let simmer 2 minutes.
Stir in bok choy, carrots, and green onions. Reduce heat to low. Add zoodles. Cook just until hot, about 2 minutes. Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
