Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into popsicle molds, leaving slight headroom for expansion. Freeze until firm. Enjoy anytime.
Notes
We used King Arthur Flour brand Espresso Powder for testing purposes.We had some vintage Tupperware brand popsicle molds that we used for testing, but any popsicle molds will work. Keep in mind that larger molds will yield fewer pops and smaller molds will yield more pops.
