Roasted Balsamic Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast

Instructions

  • Combine chicken and remaining ingredients in a large zip top plastic bag. Refrigerate overnight.
  • Preheat oven to 350. Place marinated chicken breasts in a glass baking dish. Bake 30-40 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
