Ingredients

bell pepper

brown rice
cooked

jackfruit

tomato sauce

bottled minced garlic

Italian seasoning

mozzarella
grated
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350
Slice the tops off all 4 peppers and set aside. Scoop out seeds and membranes and discard. Place in a round glass baking dish.
In a medium bowl, mix cooked rice, tomato sauce, and next 3 ingredients. Stuff mixture into peppers. Top with cheese. Top with pepper tops.
Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Notes
NOTE: Leave cheese off to make these vegan
