Ingredients

frozen chopped spinach

cottage cheese

unsalted butter

100% whole wheat flour

bottled minced garlic

artichoke hearts
in water, drained

mozzarella
grated
Instructions
To cook immediately
Combine all ingredients except mozzarella in a slow cooker. Cook on low 5 hours. Stir in mozzarella until melted.
To freeze
Combine all ingredients except mozzarella in a large zip top plastic bag. Freeze until ready to use.
To cook after freezing
Add frozen contents of bag to a slow cooker. Cook on low 7 hours. Stir in mozzarella until melted.
Notes
For gluten free, use gluten free flour.
