Cinnamon Chips

Ingredients

  • 10 each 100% whole grain soft flour tortilla
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/3 cup coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400. Cut tortillas into wedges. Toss tortilla wedges in olive oil until well coated. Arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet. (Hint: line the baking sheet with parchment paper to eliminate sticking and for easier clean up.)
  • Combine coconut sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over tortillas.
  • Bake at 400 for 8 minutes.
