Ingredients

frozen diced onions
or fresh

green chiles

100% whole wheat flour

cumin

Chili Powder

pepper

salt

cans
black beans

tsp
cayenne pepper
Instructions
Combine zucchini, onion, and chiles in a skillet. Cook over med-low heat, covered, about 10 minutes.
Add flour, cumin, chili powder, pepper, salt, cayenne, corn, and beans. Stir well. Continue cooking 4 more minutes.
Add mixture to baking dish.
Bake at 325 for 25 min.
