Ingredients

vegetable broth
no sugar listed in ingredients

dried ginger

Bragg Liquid Aminos

beaten

green onion
thinly sliced

to taste
pepper

Instructions
Add broth, ground ginger, and Bragg to a saucepan; bring to a simmer.
Slowly stream in beaten eggs while stirring the soup in one direction.
Add green onions. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
Notes
Variation: add 1/2 package extra firm tofu, diced small, just before dropping in the eggs.
