Chicken broth

red curry paste

boneless, skinless chicken breast
very thinly sliced

snow peas

bean sprouts

cilantro
chopped
Instructions
Add coconut milk, chicken broth, curry paste, salt, and pepper to a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Add chicken breasts. Boil 3 minutes. Add peas and sprouts. Boil 5 minutes longer or until chicken is cooked through. Top with cilantro.
