Heat oil in a large skillet. Add onions. Cook until translucent, about 4 min. Add mushrooms, green beans, salt, and pepper. Cook 2 min. Add wine and cook an additional 5 min. Add kale, and cook another 4-5 minutes or until kale wilts. Add lemon juice and parmesan. Toss and serve immediately.
Notes
For vegan or dairy free, use dairy free parmesan cheese, or omit cheese.
