Instructions
Add coconut cream to the bowl of a stand mixer. Chill bowl, whisk attachment, and cream in refrigerator 1 hour.
Fit mixer with bowl and whisk. Mix on high 2 minutes. Add syrup and vanilla. Mix on high another 5 minutes or until fluffy. Serve over berries.
Notes
1/4 cup is approximately 1/4 a can of coconut cream. Shake the can well to incorporate before opening and measuring. It's easiest to make a full batch of Whipped Coconut Cream if you know you're going to need more than one serving of this recipe.
