  • 3 cups mixed salad greens Romaine, or other lettuce
  • Veggies of choice (bell pepper, cucumber, tomato, mushrooms, etc), chopped/sliced
  • Protein of choice (leftover shredded chicken, hard-boiled egg, steak, etc)
  • avocado if desired
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • Balsamic Vinegar


  • Combine into amazing salad


Other GREEN TIER dressings are also approved
Consider cheese and any other green tier toppings
