Ingredients

canned tuna
in water
1/4
cup
plain yogurt
1/2
avocado
mashed, ripe

cup
cheddar cheese
shredded

100% whole grain hamburger buns
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350. Open hamburger buns and place each half, cut sides up, on a baking sheet. Drain tuna. Mix tuna, yogurt, avocado, and cheese. Spread over cut sides of buns. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes or until melted.
