1Tbspsaltor to taste
Marinated Flank Steak
Place steak in a glass baking dish. Combine first 6 ingredients in a blender. Blend and pour over steak. Turn steak to coat all sides. Cover tightly with plastic wrap. Place in refrigerator and marinate 30 min to 1 hour. (or as long as overnight)
Preheat grill over med heat. Coat grill rack with cooking spray. Grill steak 4-5 min on each side or until it has reached desired doneness. Slice thinly agains the grain and arrange on a platter.
Shoestring Sweet Potatoes
Using a spiralizer, process potatoes into long spirals. Toss spiraled potatoes with olive oil. Arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet (hint: line your baking sheet with foil for easier clean up). Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake at 400 for 25 min. Turn broiler on and broil 2-5 min or until browned and crispy. See notes about alternatives to a spiralizer.
4. Mix dry seasonings in a small bowl. Brush cauliflower with oil, then sprinkle with seasoning. Grill over indirect med heat for 4 min on each side, or until tender-crisp.
If you don’t have a spiralizer, you might want to get one just so you can make these amazing shoestring sweet potatoes! Fret not, though. If you don't have a spiralizer you can shred the potatoes with a cheese grater or a food processor.
