Instructions
Philly-Cheesesteak Sandwiches
Heat oil in large skillet until hot. Add sliced onion and cook 4 minutes. Add mushrooms and peppers and cook 7 minutes. Add seasonings and steak. Cook 4 minutes or until steak is almost cooked through. Add flour and stir to coat steak and vegetables. Stir in broth. Cook until liquid is evaporated. Lay cheese on top of meat and vegetables in skillet. Turn off heat and allow cheese to melt. Add meat, vegetables, and cheese to buns.
