Combine first 6 ingredients in a small bowl. Rub evenly over both sides of pork. Place in large zip top plastic bag. Seal and refrigerate 30 minutes.
Preheat grill to medium heat. Grill pork chops 6-8 minutes per side or until no longer pink and juices run clear. Sprinkle with lime juice and garnish with lime wedges, if desired.
Tex Mex Salad
Divide lettuce evenly among 4 salad plates. Combine corn, salsa, and black beans. Top lettuce with corn mixture.
