Lemon-Brown Butter Catfish
Prevent your screen from going dark
- 4 catfish filet
- 1 Tbsp seafood seasoning such as Old Bay
- 1/4 cup 100% whole wheat flour
- 2 Tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
Combine flour and seafood seasoning. Dredge catfish in flour mixture. Shake off excess.
Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Cook fish 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Pour lemon juice over fish. Serve.
