Edible Parmesan Salad Bowls

Ingredients

  • 3 cups parmesan cheese grated

Instructions

  • Prepare work area by putting an upside down glass or glass bowl on a paper towel.
  • Heat 1/2 cup cheese in a small skillet over medium heat. The cheese will melt, sizzle, and brown, in that order. This takes 3-4 minutes. Once it's golden brown on the bottom, carefully turn it out onto the overturned glass, and very carefully adjust it to be "bowl like" if needed. Let it cool there. It will harden as it cools. Once it's cool and hardened, remove it to a paper towel. Repeat with remaining cheese.
