Healthy Miso Soup

Miso Soup

Ingredients

  • 4 1/2 cups water
  • 1/4 cup miso paste
  • 2 Tbsp wakame seaweed
  • 1 cup tofu extra firm, squeezed dry and diced
  • 4 green onion thinly sliced

Instructions

  • Bring 4 cups of water to a boil. While water is heating, warm 1/2 cup water in microwave 1 minute. Stir miso paste into 1/2 cup warm water until smooth.
  • When water is boiling, remove from heat. Immediately stir in miso mixture, wakame, and tofu. Let stand 5 minutes. Top with green onions.
